Token/coin values, shaped within the cryptocurrency market when traded on exchanges, are highly volatile. The gains and losses of value are much more extreme than any other asset. The market moves much more quickly than other asset classes like shares, but is still subject to longer timeframe bear and bull market conditions.
In crypto bull markets, value increase of a token of 500-10,000 times initial launch value can occur over months or even weeks. The last one to occur was in Q4 of 2017 and ended in Feb 2018, with a bear market in effect since then. However, there are definite indicators are that an even larger bull run may occur this year, and market sentiment is optimistic. The time to take this opportunity is now.
NFP Partnerships
We are working on building partnerships with globally recognised Not For Profit organisations to amplify our brand recognition within the cryptocurrency space and wider audience, which for startups launching a token will bring the benefit of broader positive publicity for donating tokens to an NFP through Impelr. Having NFP's as partners will also enable a foundational selection of areas of impact for a patron to choose from, to make it easier for them to donate, and also have advantages on scalability of process.
A big focus for us will be thorough vetting of all potential patrons wishing to donate to our partners.
We will only accept donations from reliable trustworthy projects. This is necessary to cut out any reputation risk for our partners, or advisors. Nobody wants to be associated with scam projects or bad actors.
